BILLINGS (LEE) A Billings man who stabbed a friend in the back received a 10-year suspended prison sentence Tuesday in District Court. Luis Gustavo Moran, 23, tearfully apologized to his friend, Rodrigo Castro, for the Dec. 29 stabbing incident during a gathering of friends.
